Tiffany Guiles is a phenomenal realtor! Tiffany has the best communication skills, she was always available, listened to what we wanted to do and then put plan in place and made it happen. She sold our home in 14 days! There was not a step of the process that she didn't communicate with us, she made sure we had everything we needed. We had our house listed with another agent and it did not sell for almost two years. We felt that we were not a priority to him, most likely because there was not a large commission associated with the sale.

We decided to end our relationship with the agent and commence a search for another. Several contacts had recommended TIffany so we met with her and liked what we saw. She wasn't in the region where the house was being sold but she felt she could build an effective cooperation with a local based agent and sell the house.

She was proactive (unlike our previous agent who was reactive), actively identifying steps we could take we to improve the appeal of our house. We saw more traffic at the house and sold the house, within 90 days, in the winter, vice the prime selling time of the late spring, early summer months.

We had to short sale our home moving out of the area while the market was down. Our loan company drug its feet to get things done. Tiffany kept engaged in the short sale process and kept us informed of status and process along with coordination of an alternate location to get all the paperwork process accomplished and finalized once our loan company finalized their side. Tiffany was simply awesome. We were looking for a home that would be more than 75 miles away from where we lived in Snohomish County. We just sold our house. Finding a dedicated local agent was crucial. Our selling agent matched us with someone that took us out a couple of times. When she was not available one weekend due to other commitments, she referred us to Tiffany. We could not be happier. Tiffany has a family and a life and found time to meet with us many times and at all different times (a quick lunch break here and there, at night a few times, and on the weekends with the family). We are a family of 6 and having an agent be so flexible and prepared really made the 3 hour round trip worth it, knowing we would be taken care of. She listened to what I was interested in and what my wife was interested in and made house selections based upon this. We didn't waste time with quantity and instead focused on houses that met either my wife's or my criteria or both. We still managed to see a lot of house. So we came down and met her at the first house. She prepared a folder of all the houses we would see that day along with the appointment times and other pertinent info she scouted out ahead of time. Schools were important to us and she has vast knowledge of the area schools. She always gave us a ballpark of working numbers for what our offer could look like. When it came time to negotiate she was there structuring it. She listened to what I thought were ridiculous questions and gave thoughtful answers. She was friendly, funny, and my kids really liked her. Taking 4 kids around house hunting is an unenviable task. Did I mention we have 2 year old twins? Ugh... Having Tiffany as our pilot for this life changing event was so rewarding. We moved in to our dream home in July and between the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home with Tiffany's negotiation we were able to put quite a bit of money in the bank and keep our mortgage at the same amount as the last house. Our new home is brand new and twice the size as our last house. We are happy with our new home and we are very happy with how Tiffany treated us and worked with us. She worked so hard with us and yet surrendered half of her commission to the original agent that we worked with. Whether this was a procedural obligation, professional courtesy, or another example of her class and high standard is irrelevant, except to say that she was diligent, hard working and pleasant. Even with her profit margin cut, she delivered our dream to us and had the best attitude. I would recommend her 8 days a week.

My wife, Ashley, and I decided we wanted to buy a property in Lacey this past July.
