FAQ

Will you reduce your commission?

Has there ever been a time in your life when you paid less for something and found out you got what you paid for? Many agents will take a lesser commission because they haven’t been taught negotiating skills. You are placing one of your most valuable assets into the hands of someone. Do you think it is wise to select someone that has already proven before even getting your home on the market that the best sales tactics and negotiations they know how to do is lower a price? In fact, listing with an agent who is willing to reduce commission means you may actually lose money listing with them. Sellers who want the most money for their homes list with me, a go-getter who will fight for your money and to show real value.

What is the biggest difference between you and your competition?

Prospecting. Every single day I prospect for clients. 40% of buyers buy homes from an agent contact. Since I personally contact potential buyers and other agents daily about my listings and the market, you have a 40% higher chance of selling with me than other agents who don’t make those calls.

Will you inform me of homes from all real estate companies or only Windermere?

I will keep you informed of all homes!  I want to help you find your dream home, which means I need to stay on top of every home that's available on the market.

Can you help me find new construction homes?

Yes, I work directly with the builders and get you the information you need to make a decision. On your first visit with the builder, I will accompany you. By using my services with a new construction home purchase, you will receive all the services I offer, as well as those provided by the builder, at no additional cost! Remember the builder's agent represents the builder, not you.

How does for sale by owner (FSBO) work?

Homeowners trying to sell their home without agent representation are usually doing so in the hopes of saving the commission. If you see a FSBO and want the advantages of my services, let me contact the owner for you and make an appointment. Most times the homeowner will work with agents even though their home is not listed, since the agents are introducing a potential buyer to their property.

What can I expect when working with you?

I am very communicative! I never leave clients or other brokers hanging until the next day; I’m always just a text away. Clients should also know that I’m honest to a fault. Being born and raised on the East Coast, I am always a straight shooter!

What neighborhoods do you work in?

I have directly sold homes everywhere from Chehalis to Seattle, and Palouse to Shelton. I have also done a fair amount of cross-county referrals with my family and friends. I love being able to interview and ensure a competent and good fit, and I follow the transaction throughout the process—even if I can't directly serve the client.
